Villa Electra is a stunning waterfront property located on the edge of the main harbor of Halki. With direct access to the sea through a private stone-paved terrace, you can enjoy the unlimited sea view and dip into the crystal-clear waters right from your doorstep. The villa features a spacious living room and dining area, three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six people during spring, summer, autumn, and early winter. The sun deck is secluded from passers-by, allowing you to enjoy it in privacy.

The living room is bright and airy, the perfect place to cool down from the sun, spend quality time or simply relax while enjoying the amazing unobstructed view to the sea.

A fully equipped, modern and renovated kitchen is next to the living room. While preparing lunch, making your aperol spritz, or chopping your salad, enjoy the view and the sea breeze!

Villa Electra offers a peaceful retreat just a 5-minute walk away from the lively 'piazza'. With three separate bedrooms, each with ensuite facilities, you can enjoy a good night's sleep away from the bustle of the harbour.

Wake up to the blissful sunrise colors and fall asleep to the sound of waves!

The primary double bedroom is on the ground floor.

The second bedroom is located on the first floor and features a comfortable double bed with an ensuite bathroom. In the island architecture, it's called "sofàs" and it has been traditionally the main sleeping area for the whole family.

The third bedroom is also located on the first floor, equipped with an ensuite w/c.
